ABOUT ME
I am an Art Director/Designer based in Baltimore, MD with over 17 years of experience, 13 of those years working at small to mid-size ad agencies. This agency background has fine-tuned my ability to successfully meet deadline-driven assignments with an emphasis on maintaining budget requirements, project scope, and most importantly, ensuring the integrity of the final deliverable.
My expertise is broad and can be channeled across a variety of skillsets. In the event my experience does not align with a client's needs, I have a small circle of trusted professionals whom I can rely on to tackle those nuanced assignments.

Complete Transparency
Complete transparency can have multiple meanings in business. For me, at its core, this phrase means always maintaining a level of honesty, respect, and commitment. As a sole freelancer, running my own business, I operate with the highest level of principles and precautions. You can expect the following from my services:
Complete Access, Protection, and Cloud Backup of Your Project Files: I store all of my client files on Box (a cloud content management and file sharing service where every file is encrypted using AES 256-bit encryption in diverse server locations). You will be provided a link to your client projects folder which you can access at any time. Additionally, if I were to suffer a localized machine failure, you can rest assured knowing you will not experience data loss since all of your files are safely secured in the cloud.
Fees and Billing: My rate is $135/hr for corporate businesses and $100/hr for small/mid-sized businesses. This rate is billed in 0.25 hour increments. I reserve a small portion of my time at a reduced hourly rate for start-ups and local mom & pop establishments (please inquire if this describes you). Retainers are also considered. My time is tracked through Harvest and clients are sent a detailed, line-itemed invoice of all tasks for each billing period.
Response Time: I aim to acknowledge and set turnaround expectations for all email inquiries from clients within 24 hours of receipt. My clients are also provided with my mobile number to reach me regarding time-sensitive matters.
